Phew!
What I estimated it would take me “one weekend tops”, ended up a whole month project. So what’s new? Allow me to list the revamps:
0. New presentation page
1. New logo (still working on how to get the ‘etched’ look)
2. Condensend portfolio. Absolutely only the best shots in the categories I’m good at
3. Slideshows using BananAlbum! Faster to load, menu at the bottom of the page with thumbnails and besides, who doesn’t like rotating bananas while you wait for the photos to show?
4. New icons thanks to token
5. New video section. Part of my job with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is direct corporate videos for our members, so I’ll be posting these videos here as well. Most of the videos are done in cooperation with the great guys from Skyzone
6. New “Stock” photos section. Here I will be including most of my photo libraries for royalty-free or rights-managed images
7. There will be a “goodies” section that will include stuff from wallpapers to the occasional cards and working on e-zines. This will happen when I accumulate enough material to put.
8. Partial list of clients appear in the “about” section.
Whoa. It was a lot of re-learning and discovering new things but I guess it was worth it at the end of the day.
